Certificate Program Admissions

AC will admit students regardless of race, age, sex, religious creed, ancestry, color, national origin, disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, or status as Vietnam era veteran. Students should demonstrate maturity and motivation toward undertaking an intensive course of study. Additionally, students must demonstrate an ability to advance from the program as determined by the successful completion of an aptitude test.

Certificate Program Admission Standards:

AC applicant requirements are as follows:

• The applicant must be a high school graduate or its equivalent (high school diploma, General Education Development Certificate, GED, or state proficiency certificate, college transcript or college diploma) or interview with an Admissions Representative to determine if the applicant meets established “Ability to Benefit” criteria.
• Pass an entrance exam and/or ability to benefit
• Tour the campus in the company of an Admissions Representative
• Agree to pursue full-time employment within 90 days of graduation.
• Provide employment information after completion of the program
